Keep a Google Sheet updated automatically

Sheets delivery rewrites the spreadsheet on every run, so anything pointing at it — a chart, a pivot, a Looker Studio dashboard — stays current without anyone re-uploading a file.

1. Open Settings, then Delivery and connections, and connect your Google account.
2. Create the schedule as usual and pick the report and frequency.
3. Enable Google Sheets as the destination and choose or name the spreadsheet.
4. Click Create schedule, then Run now to populate it immediately.

Build your formulas on a second tab that references the delivered tab, so a refresh never overwrites your work.
