Scheduling reports

A schedule is a report, a format, a timetable and one or more destinations. Once created it runs on its own.

Creating a schedule

1. Open Schedules and click New.
2. Name it, then pick the report — prebuilt or one of your custom reports.
3. Optionally choose a saved setting so the schedule uses those filters.
4. Pick the format and the frequency: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.
5. Set the time and time zone, then enable the destinations you want.
6. Click Create schedule. Use Run now to test it immediately.

Managing schedules

The list shows the next run time and status for each schedule. Each row can be run now, edited, paused with the toggle, or deleted. Schedule history records every run with its row count, delivery result and any error.

Scheduling is available on the Pro and Advanced plans. Amazon S3 delivery and unlimited schedules are on Advanced.
