Built for reading, not writing
ReportifyPro reads your store through Shopify's Admin API to build reports and never edits products, orders or customers as part of running one.
Encrypted end to end
TLS in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Delivery credentials for FTP, Amazon S3 and Google are sealed server-side and never sent back to your browser.
Deleted when you say so
Export files expire on the retention you set, any schedule or run can be erased from Settings, and uninstalling the app removes everything stored for your shop.
Shopify's data rules, followed
Protected customer data is handled per Shopify's requirements, and the mandatory privacy webhooks are implemented.

Questions merchants ask
How far back can ReportifyPro see my orders?
The app requests read_all_orders, so once Shopify grants it your full order history is available rather than the default 60-day window.
Do I need to build reports before I get value?
No. All 110 reports are pre-configured and run against your live data the moment you install. Building your own is there for when a built-in report is close but not exact.
Can I send a report to someone who doesn't use Shopify?
Yes — schedule it to email any address, or write it to a Google Sheet, an FTP server or an S3 bucket that your accountant or supplier already reads.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Uninstalling triggers Shopify's app/uninstalled webhook and everything stored for your shop — sessions, schedules, run history and export files — is removed.
