Support
Real answers from the people who build ReportifyPro.
Email support@reportifypro.app — or use the chat bubble in the corner of this page. We answer every message ourselves.
We aim to reply within one business day, and usually much faster. When something is broken rather than merely confusing, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help — but send what you have and we will ask for the rest:
- your
.myshopify.comstore domain; - which report you were looking at, and the date range;
- what you expected to see and what you saw instead;
- for a schedule, its name and roughly when it should have run;
- a screenshot, if the problem is visual.
Common questions
A report shows no rows
Check the date range first — it defaults to a recent window, and a store with no orders in that period will render empty. If the range is right, confirm the report's filters aren't excluding everything: the Filters button shows the active count.
A report says a permission is missing
Reports read different parts of your store, so they need different access scopes. If Shopify has added a scope since you installed, the App shows a banner asking you to reinstall — doing so re-grants access and keeps all your settings.
Orders older than 60 days are missing
Shopify limits apps to the last 60 days of orders unless the store has granted read_all_orders. ReportifyPro requests it; on a development store it is granted immediately, and on a live store Shopify reviews the request.
A scheduled report didn't arrive
Open Schedules and check the run history — each run records whether it succeeded and what the delivery result was. The most common causes are an expired Google connection, an FTP password change, or an email address that bounced. Turn on failure notifications in Settings to hear about these straight away.
An export opened with the wrong number format
Settings → Export defaults controls the CSV delimiter, decimal style and currency symbol used in exports, so you can match what your spreadsheet software or accountant expects.
Feature requests
ReportifyPro ships 109 reports, and a good number of them exist because a merchant asked. If the report you need isn't there, tell us what question you're trying to answer — not just the columns you think you need — and we will tell you honestly whether Shopify's API can answer it.
Billing
Plans are billed by Shopify on your normal store invoice. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations all happen on the App's Settings page and take effect immediately. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the date and amount and we will sort it out.
Security and privacy
To report a security concern, email support@reportifypro.app with "security" in the subject and we will respond as a priority. Our Privacy Policy explains what the App stores — in short, your settings and schedules, never the contents of your reports.
