Terms of Service
Effective August 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of ReportifyPro ("the App"), a Shopify application operated by IntelliShop ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
1. The service
The App reads your Shopify store data and presents it as reports that you can view, filter, export and schedule. It is a reporting and analytics tool. It is not an accounting system, a system of record, or a substitute for advice from your accountant or tax adviser.
2. Your account and eligibility
You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for who you give access to your Shopify admin, and therefore to the App. The Settings page includes an option to restrict the App to the store owner.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the App only with stores you own or are authorised to administer.
- Do not use it to extract personal data for purposes your customers have not agreed to, or in breach of privacy law that applies to you.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the App or its infrastructure.
- Do not resell or redistribute the App's output as a competing reporting product.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Current prices are shown on our website and inside the App.
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify through your existing store invoice, on a recurring 30-day cycle, in USD.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the App's Settings page. Cancellation stops future charges; Shopify applies any proration according to its own billing rules.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already been charged for.
- Uninstalling the App cancels the associated subscription.
5. Your data
Your store data remains yours. We process it only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not retain the contents of the reports or exports the App produces.
6. Third-party services
The App integrates with Shopify and, where you choose, with email, FTP/SFTP, Amazon S3 and Google Drive/Sheets. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, nor for a destination you configure incorrectly.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled runs depend on Shopify's API being reachable and within its rate limits; a run that fails is recorded in the App's history and, if you have enabled failure notifications, emailed to you.
8. Accuracy of reports
Reports are derived from data Shopify exposes through its Admin API at the moment a report runs. Figures can differ from Shopify's own analytics or from your accounting system because of timing, currency conversion, the date range you selected, or fields Shopify does not expose. You are responsible for checking any figure you rely on for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
9. Warranties and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by Shopify or by law, or if continued operation would put other users or our infrastructure at risk. On termination, the data-deletion process in our Privacy Policy applies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to support@reportifypro.app.
