Changelog
What's new
Every release that changed the app, newest first.
Inactive Customers, and a smoother Schedules page
- New report: Inactive Customers (Win-back) — past buyers with no order in 90 days, ranked by lifetime spend.
- The catalog is now 110 reports across 12 categories.
- Schedules: the run, edit and delete buttons stay on one line however long a schedule name is.
- The Schedules page heading now matches its menu item.
Billing and plan fixes
- Upgrading now reaches Shopify's approval screen reliably.
- Development stores are charged as test subscriptions, so paid flows can be tried without being billed.
- All three plan cards use the same button style, and long feature labels wrap cleanly.
Explore: custom report builder
- Build a report from 11 data sources without writing a query.
- Group and aggregate, or list raw rows with the columns you choose.
- Matrix layout turns a second grouping field into columns — a full cross-tab.
- Bar charts under any grouped result.
- Save a build and it joins the catalog under Custom reports, schedulable like any other report.
- Four new reports: High-risk Orders, Orders by Day & Hour, Average Order Value Over Time, Discount Amount by Code.
PDF export
- Reports export as print-ready A4 landscape PDFs with a branded header and repeating column titles.
- PDF is available everywhere the other formats are, including scheduled delivery.
Scheduling and delivery
- Schedules run hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly in your own time zone.
- Delivery to email, FTP, FTPS and SFTP, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Amazon S3.
- Schedule history records every run with its row count, delivery result and any error.
- Run now tests a schedule without waiting for its next slot.
First release

- Exports to Excel, CSV, HTML, XML and JSON.
