Exporting
Six formats, with your column selection and formatting preserved.
Every report exports in six formats. The file always reflects what is on screen — the same columns, filters, sorting and date range.
- Excel (.xlsx) — a styled workbook with a header row, column widths and number formats.
- CSV — with your choice of comma, semicolon, pipe or tab as the delimiter.
- PDF — print-ready A4 landscape with a branded header and repeating column titles.
- HTML — a self-contained table you can paste into an email or a page.
- XML and JSON — for feeding another system.
Export defaults
Settings, then Export defaults, sets the format used by the main export button, the CSV delimiter, the currency symbol, the number style and the header line printed on PDFs.
Export history
Recent exports are listed under My reports on the Reports page with their date, format and row count, so you can re-open the exact report behind a file you already sent.
