The report catalog
110 prebuilt reports across 12 categories, and how to find the right one.
The catalog covers the questions most stores ask, so you rarely start from an empty page. Reports are grouped into twelve categories.
- Sales & Orders — summaries, orders over time, discounts, channels, staff, refunds, risk.
- Product & Variants — best sellers, never-sold products, return rates, combinations.
- Inventory — on hand, value at cost and retail, low stock, reorder points, by location.
- Customer — information, most valuable, first-time vs returning, win-back lists.
- Customer Journey — UTM sources, mediums, campaigns and referring sites.
- Fulfillment & Shipping — unfulfilled, paid-not-fulfilled, pending, shipping details.
- Tax Collected — by state, by country, monthly summaries, regional tax reports.
- Transaction & Billing — succeeded, failed and pending transactions by gateway.
- Shopify Payments & Payout — payouts, payout orders, transaction exports.
- Disputes — chargeback overview, won and lost.
- Tags & Collections — sales attributed to product, customer, order tags and collections.
- Profits — profit tables, order and product profit, profit by country.
Finding a report
The search box above the categories matches on report name, keyword and category, so tax, refund or vendor all narrow the list quickly. Reports you use often can be starred, and the ones you have exported recently appear under My reports at the top of the page.
Saved settings
Once a report is filtered and sorted the way you want, click Save to store those settings under a name. Applying a saved setting later restores the whole configuration, and schedules can point at it directly.
