Columns, filters and sorting

Columns

Click Columns on any report to open the picker. Columns are grouped by subject — order details, product, customer, fulfillment, tax, discounts, shipping, refunds — and search filters the list. Tick what you need, untick what you do not, and drag to reorder. The report re-runs with your selection.

Filters

Filters are applied before any grouping or totalling, so subtotals always match the rows you can see. Add as many as you need; they combine with AND.

• Text fields support equals, not equals and contains.
• Numbers and dates support greater than, less than and the inclusive variants.
• List fields — tags, for example — can be exploded so each value becomes its own row.

Date range

The date picker offers presets (today, last 7, 30 or 90 days, month or quarter to date, year to date) as well as an explicit start and end, down to the hour. Whatever you pick is carried into exports and schedules.

Sorting and limits

Sort by any column in either direction, and cap the row count when you only want a top-N list. A summary row totals the numeric columns of whatever is on screen.
