Getting started

ReportifyPro reads your store through Shopify's Admin API and turns it into reports you can read, filter and send. Nothing is written back to your products, orders or customers.

Install

1. Open ReportifyPro from the Shopify App Store and choose your store.
2. Approve the permissions. The app only requests read access to the data it reports on.
3. You land on the dashboard, already populated with your live store data.

Run your first report

1. Open Reports in the left menu.
2. Search by name, keyword or category — for example type sales or inventory.
3. Click a report. It runs immediately against your live data.
4. Use Date range, Columns, Filters and Sort to shape it.
5. Click Excel to download, or pick another format from the menu beside it.

Every report opens with sensible defaults, so it is useful before you change anything.
