What the app reads, what it stores, and how to erase it.
Read-only by design
ReportifyPro requests read scopes for the data it reports on. Running a report never edits a product, order or customer.
What is stored
Your schedules, saved report settings, export history and cost settings. Report contents are generated on demand and are not warehoused — a delivered file is built, sent and discarded.
Retention and privacy controls
- Set how many days of export history to keep.
- Anonymise personal data in exports, replacing customer names and emails with placeholders.
- Restrict the app to the store owner.
Erasure
Settings, then Erasure, deletes everything the app holds for your store. Uninstalling does the same automatically through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.
